A 1970s grp classic with 4-5 berths in two well-finished cabins.

Sails: Mainsail and furling Genoa.

Rig: Aluminium mast and boom with stainless steel rigging, pulpit, guard rails and lifelines.

Deck gear: Tiller steered skeg-mounted rudder. CQR plough anchor with chain, mooring warps and fenders. Navigation, steaming and anchor lights.

Navigation equipment:Space Age Electronics Depth Sounder 160VAW, NASA Sting ray speed log, barometer, clock.

Accommodation: Saloon well-fitted out with red and grey cushions and orange curtains, double-berth dinette to starboard and Camping Gaz two-burner gas hob and grill with stainless steel sink to port. Heads and double V-berth in forecabin. Quarter berth in saloon. The saloon has a dinette to starboard, with a table which drops to create a smallish double berth. Opposite this is the galley, with a moulded unit containing space for the cooker, a sink, and a fairly large icebox. Aft of the galley is a deep quarterberth, here packed full of storage boxes. The interior has a neat moulded headlining. A louvred door separates the saloon from the heads and forecabin.

KATY has been moored on Lake Windermere and is offered at our transport yard, available for road delivery at short notice at very low cost.
